What is Goldshield®?

Goldshield's unique antimicrobial barrier technology provides unrivalled disinfection armoury in the fight against infection and potential outbreaks.

Its molecular bonding technology is the world's first water-stabilised, non-toxic prophylactic shield against bacterial contamination. It creates a permanent bond with the surface to which it is applied and continues to disinfect for up to 14 days.

02 — The Science

How does it work?

Goldshield Disinfectant and Surface Protector attaches to the carbohydrate molecules of the surface to which it is applied, and remains effective until there is abrasion of the surface.

Once applied, the surface resembles an invisible wall of positively charged nails. When a micro-organism (germs, bacteria) comes into contact with the Goldshield layer, those nails puncture the cell membrane and the positive charge destroys the cell.

03 — Application

How to use

Five simple steps to put an invisible antimicrobial barrier on any hard surface.

Step 1
Start clean & dry
Ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
Step 2
Spray the surface, not the cloth
Don't apply GS75 to a cleaning cloth — apply it straight to the surface.
Step 3
Lightly cover
Lightly cover the area to be treated. Don't oversaturate.
Step 4
Wipe to spread evenly
Wipe over with a microfibre cloth to distribute evenly.
Step 5
Leave to air dry
Leave to air dry. The antimicrobial barrier is now active for up to 14 days.
